this came as a massive shock to me, as my dad has always been healthy and active. However it meant that I had to do something about it, I went ahead and constructed his diet and supplied him with all of his meals from my company 🍽 @macrobaseddiner
I gave him a training plan to help him become a little bit more active where he did exercise for 45mins-1hour each day 🚶🏼‍♂️
Today he went for his blood tests 💉where he was given the all clear and his diabetes has been reversed… here’s how we did it:
2200 calories per day.
Carbs in every meal.
Breakfast, 3 main meals and 2x fruit snacks per day 🍌🍎
NO fad diets, NO shakes just diet and exercise…
