Tips Before You get started

We would recommend you train over the 5 days and take 1 days rest then start again. Always train safe, use a spotter when necessary and never compromise your form.

Always try and keep a note of the weights you are lifting and do not try and increase the weight too much, a small increase in the weights you are lifting is more beneficial than a big increase that makes you cheat on your form.
